I founded RM Inventories in 2013 having worked in the property industry for a number of years. I have always had a personal interest in property having lived through my parents total renovation of our childhood home (getting involved where i could!), despite the turmoil this involved for the whole family.


They then went on to purchase homes as buy-to-let investments, which I they helped them with. As with many landlords and agents, there is a tiresome supply of poor quality inspection reports which mean ongoing disputes and poor results with arbitration services. My parents faced this with their own properties and as such I had all the inspiration to start RM Inventories.

I worked with a number of people within the industry supported by ARLA and AIIC trained staff to produce a report which offered the best protection to landlords and tenants alike.

Every part of the product we offer is designed to be a high quality photographic report with full written detailing, including a tenant comments section and digital signature. Allowing our tenants an additional 14 days to check and finalise in the comfort of their new homes. Giving us a complete document to then be used for the purpose of checking out.


The service is designed around the specific needs of the client that we work for, whilst maintaining our company standards for every report to ensure that any claims made against deposits are both legal and fair. This ensures that we can personalise the report and handover in line with your requirements.

I started my academic studies at the University of Kingston-upon-Thames, where I completed my Bachelors Degree in Criminology and Human Rights. University offered me the opportunity to look at my subject in a great level of detail and understand how I could have an impact. When I left University I wanted to gain some experience in the field and progressed working for a selection of the market leaders in property services.

My passion for housing came following this and we support all of our agents in providing housing that meets the best standards possible. To ensure that I had the best level of knowledge I completed my training with the AIIC and worked closely with a member of ARLA to finally produce the inventory service we offer today.

Our People:

I am multi-lingual and we have over 5 different languages spoken within our team! We are highly ambitious and have a keen desire to be the best at what we do, whilst growing our team to maintain and provide a high quality product across London and the South East.


We have simple core beliefs which are built around kindness and charity, simple principles whist I try to bring to our business everyday. We believe these are essential when dealing with the handover of any tenancy.

All of our staff are trained to a specific company standard, are insured and we carry out a full background check for simple peace of mind. We value the feedback that we receive from every customer.
