What protection does it offer?
With our process we document all areas of the property. Detailing, recording and photographing all damages and general conditions, at both the start and end of the tenancy. To ensure any changes or damages can be accurately documented.
We provide Tenants, Landlords and Agents an opportunity to review and finalise the document online for 14 days, before signing. In maintaining our independent relationship with all parties we can ensure that you receive a full and accurate report of the property.
Where possible we would ask that tenants are able to meet us at the Check-In so that they can be walked through the property and sign the report upon key handover.
When you come to move into your home, making sure any issues are documented is usually the main concern. Our process is designed to both document and photograph the entire property for you.
You will receive your report within 24 hours, if you have provided us with your email address. Alternatively, we would advise you to contact your agent or landlord.
When you first open the link to the report, you will find the menu and our terms and conditions. We have some advisory notes to ensure that self-management of any property is easier for tenants.
Within each section of every room, you will be able to add notes to the report, by clicking directly into the "tenants comments" section on the right hand side. A small camera icon, will also allow you to add photos directly into the report. This will automatically save.
We allow you to comment, make sure all items are accurately noted. Once you have done this you can easily sign online at the bottom of the document to finalise the report.
