ADD COMMENTS & PHOTOS
We provide a standard 14 day allocation for comments and photos to be added to the report. Allowing both all parties to review and amend the document. We geo-track and record when reports are viewed, opened and signed to ensure we have an accurate data-trail of all parties that have received the report.

Commenting
When you receive your report you will be able to make comments directly into the report via the additional comments box on the right hand side. Make sure you comment into the right section and press the "save button".

Adding Photos
If you need to add photos to the report, you can use the photo icon and take pictures into the report, or upload them from your camera roll. You will notice they are instantly visible within the report.

Signing your report online
Once you have reviewed the report, added any comments and photos you should ensure that you sign the report to confirm your agreement on the amendments you have made. You will still be able to add comments and photos for the remaining period of the 14 day sign-off.

Finalising and closing reports
We will close the report following 14 days of the report having been sent to you. We do understand that you might need longer, so in special circumstances, please do contact our team and let us know.
