Making an appointment

You are able to book an appointment via email, online or call us at any time. If you would like to use or try our online services then please do read the service information below and book your first service here. One of our agents will provide you with a client portal login, once registered. This will allow you to view all reports we have completed for you, subject to terms and conditions.

Appointment Confirmation

Once you have made your booking you will shortly be contacted by our bookings team to confirm your appointment via email, if we need any further information then we will be in touch within 24 hours! Please be aware of all terms and conditions when booking online, for last minute appointments please contact us via phone.

Clerk Arrangements and Keys

Our clerks will make all appointments with you directly, please ensure that they are provided with all of the contact details for all parties involved and any additional contact details that they will need. Please ensure that you have provided any details of alarm codes, key collection details, garages and any possible special requirements that may need to be taken into consideration.

The Inspection

On the day of the inspection our clerks will arrive to the property for the arranged appointment time, and will contact you should there be any unforeseen circumstances. To ensure that the inspection can be carried out accurately we would ask that our clerks are allowed to complete their duties without disruption to ensure maximum accuracy, if this is not possible then this may mean that the appointment is required to be carried out in absence and a cancellation charge will apply.

If you would like any advice on expected times for the completion of the report then please do as the clerk on the day as this can vary.

Receiving Reports

Reports are finalised within just 24 hours from the date of the appointment by our processing team before being sent out. If you need any reports quickly then please do let our admin team know and we can ensure that these are with you as quickly as possible.

You will receive a link for any comments to be made to the document which will expire within 7 days, we would ask that you check this and make any comments to the reports so that we can close off any outstanding matters as quickly as possible.

If you have any issues with the report, please note this in the tenants comments section and please do not hesitate to contact us for any questions you may have.

Online Signatures

All parties are requested to review our report and finalise their agreement at the end of the report under the Signatures section. If you have any issues using this feature then please do contact one of our team. 

Landlords and agents should expect to have a final copy of the report within 14 days of issue.
