If you have a problem

Whilst we make every effort to record the details of your property within the time we are allocated, some items may be missed. We would advise you to first review the report via the link, so that you can add any additional comments and photos to the report.

If you are not able to add comments, as the issue has arisen outside of the initial 14 day term, then we would always advise you to email your landlord or agent.

If you feel that this will not resolve your issue, or you have an issue with the services received from one of our clerks, then please email us confidentially at complaints@rminventories.co.uk

Please include full details of your complaint, we will look to respond to all complaints within 7 days.

If you have any issues accessing reports then please contact our support team at support@rminventories.co.uk if you are unable to locate your report then please follow the link at the bottom of the page.

We will contact you within 48 hours to advise on the resolution / progress with any technical issues.
